        Install and run
        ===============
        
        Simply run the following::
        
            > python setup.py install
            > python setup.py test
            > python -m restq -h
        
        or `PyPi`_:: 
        
            > pip install restq
            > python -m restq -h

            > nohup restq-webapp &
            > ipython
            # import the client 
            from restq import Realms
            # connect to our local restq-webapp
            realms = Realms()
            # add some jobs
