# pk4adi

### Using PK to Measure the Performance of Anesthetic Depth Indicators.

## Project Information


## Requirements;
> Python 3.8 or greater

## Install
To install run the following in the command prompt;
```
pip install pk4adi
```
If that doesn't work then please contact author(silencejiang@zju.edu.cn) or [report an issue](https://github.com/xfz329/pk/issues)

To use, create a new Python script containing the following:

## calculate PK

```python
from pk4adi import PK,PkError

x = [ 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]
y = [ 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2]

pk = PK()
pk.calculate_pk(x_in=x, y_in=y)
```
## compare results of PK

```python
from pk4adi import PK,PKC
