Band won't charge
Solutions:
Clean charging contacts on both band and cable
Try a different USB port or power adapter
Ensure proper alignment of magnetic charger

Solutions:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
Check phone compatibility
Restart both phone and band
